One of the challenges we are facing as designers today is to consider and include unexpected changes. Referring to COVID-19 situation, many people all over the world have lost their jobs and homes in an instant. Considering pandemic’s impact from 2019, through 2020, until 2021, we may as well learn that emergencies of other types might occur in the future. 

This design proposal offers a public facility allowing people in need to restore their lives, while taking into consideration restrictions at the time. The building serves not only as a protection, but as provider as well.
